Sample Policy

Generally we can offer a couple of free samples for customers' review, but customer should pay for the postage.

Option 1: Leave us your DHL or FedEx account No. for collect parcel;
Option 2: Pay USD50 by Western Union or T/T. We will help you to prepay the postage;
Option 3: You are suggested to make a sample order for assorted items if of interest to be our distributor and/or agent.
Option 4: Set up charge of print or mould is required for pre-production samples.

Terms of Payment:

Option 1: T/T or pay through Western Union 100% before shipment if payment is less than USD5000;
Option 2: T/T 30% in advance, and the balance upon copy of B/L by fax;
Option 3: T/T 30% in advance, the balance one week before shipment if by Telex Release.
Option 4: L/C is acceptable when order value is more than USD30,000.

Terms of Delivery:

Generally, we ship goods within one month (30 days) after receiving the advance payment, and confirmation of pre-production samples;

Contact us by phone or e-mail if you need the goods urgently. We may check our stock, suggest you substitute or speed up the production.
